We can help you find the right tenant for your property quickly and efficiently. Our service fee is equivalent to one month's rent.
Property Ownership Transfer Assistance - 600 GEL / 1900 GEL
In the event you require assistance with property ownership transfer, we are ready to provide guidance. Our fee structure entails 600 GEL without legal services and 1900 GEL inclusive of legal services.
Real Estate Acquisition Support - 2% of Property Value
Our real estate acquisition support service makes the process of purchasing real estate easier. Our fee of 2% of the property value includes services such as finding the right property, debt status verification, seller negotiation, contract preparation, property ownership transfer assistance, energy account changeover facilitation, and and assistance with insuring the property.
Property Sale Facilitation - 4% of Property Value
When it comes to the smooth sale of your property, we are here to help. Our service charge of 4% of the property value covers finding a buyer, effective buyer communication, contract preparation, and proficient property ownership transition assistance.
